Meet the Founders
Nadege
Nadege is a Mindfulness facilitator, life coach and creative wellbeing practitioner with over 15 years’ experience supporting emotional resilience in young people and adults. She is the founder of Growingmindful.co.ukHer journey began while teaching French in a Sheffield based secondary school, where she noticed how many students struggled to stay calm, focused, or to navigate life’s changes. Drawn to support them beyond language learning, she introduced wellbeing workshops in 2010, inspired by her own Mindfulness practice.
Since then, Nadege has continued to deepen her training, working with individuals and groups to help them feel grounded, connected, and empowered. Creativity has always been central to her approach. Alongside her Mindfulness work, she has explored the therapeutic role of the arts, completing an Art Therapy foundation course with the NHS and a Postgraduate Certificate in Creative Art and Play in 2021.
Nadege offers creative wellbeing sessions, Mindfulness workshops, and group experiences that encourage curiosity, self-expression, and emotional growth. Her work helps people develop their self awareness, discover new perspectives and build resilience.
Originally from France and now based in the UK, Nadege continues to be guided by a deep love of creativity and nature.
