Women’s Wellness

True wellness means nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. Our Women’s Wellness Workshops are more than a one-time event – these also create a supportive community where women uplift each other and grow together.

Our workshops blend:

  • Nutrition guidance tailored for perimenopause, menopause as well as post-menopause – supporting energy, hormone balance, and vitality;
  • Time to reflect, to journal, to be inspired by empowerment talks, and creative expression through art, writing, and movement and
  • Mindfulness practices to cultivate presence, clarity, and calm.

Our Women’s Wellness Workshops offer a chance to rediscover balance in your daily life, build lasting friendships with like-minded women, explore creativity as a pathway to healing and joy, as well as to gain mindfulness tools for stress relief, confidence, and vitality.

WOMEN’S WELLNESS sessions are now available to book.

Please note that our Thursday sessions are fully booked but we still have a few spaces left for the Friday mornings. We have a wait list for Thursdays if those dates fit you better, please email us at nourishingspace.cic@gmail.com and we will add you to the list.

By blending nutrition education, mindfulness, and mental health support, we help families pause, reconnect, and restore balance in a fast-paced world.
